Our litigation team handles a wide variety of commercial litigations in State Supreme Court, the Appellate Divisions and the Eastern and Southern District of New York. Our real estate related representation includes commercial landlord and tenant proceedings, commercial foreclosures, co-op and condo disputes, adverse possession, construction defects, access agreements and RPAPL 881 proceedings, specific performance and brokerage commission disputes. We also appear and represent both plaintiffs and defendants in general commercial litigations such as partnership disputes, breach of contract related to various industries, fraud, replevin and conversion, and corporate dissolution.

RSPC serves as outside “in-house” counsel for large corporations on project-based matters, and assists small to mid-size companies and start-ups with their everyday legal needs. Our general counsel services include drafting organizational and corporate documentation and resolutions, drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements including confidentiality agreements, non-solicitation and non-compete agreements, service or vendor agreements and other company-specific agreements.

Neighbor License Agreements
We represent developers and property owners in negotiating neighbor access agreements, ensuring fair protections and compliance during construction projects.

RSPC has a designated team that handles negotiations of license agreements also known as “neighbor” agreements for access to adjoining properties during construction for New York City Department of Buildings required protections and otherwise. RSPC represents both developers seeking access to neighboring properties and property owners seeking protections from construction on adjoining properties. RSPC works hand in hand with licensed engineers and architects to have equitable and expedient agreements executed.
